Universal =5 stars and I wish 6 stars were a option. Marty, Karson, Jared all men of INTEGRITY. Every thing happened like clock work and the communication was PHENOMENAL. I interviewed 6 different roofing companies before I decided on universal roofing. The greatest decision I ever made. Everything happened as they said it was going to happen. The experience was great from start to finish. David was the most friendly, professional guy anyone could work with. Any questions at anytime he was quick to respond with answers and solutions.He made sure we were happy with the plans before the work was started. He also checked on us thru out the process as well. I had "JV" (Jordan Smith) come over to the house to solve a an issue in my home. JV was honest, on time, detailed & went above/beyond to diagnose the issue. He even inspected things that were non-related to the issue to make sure all was in working order!! Also great communication from the time I made the appointment to the time JV made it out. HIGHLY recommended. These guys are awesome & will fix any issue. Roofing issues are scary for a homeowner, but these guys walk you through everything & are awesome!!!! Thank you!!!
we had a wonderful experience with Universal roofing. David was so thorough in our initial meeting , explaining everything about the process. Stefan was on site through the entire job, making sure we knew everything that was being done. The crew was careful not to damage our landscaping or the surfaces of the house.
I am so grateful to have found Universal Roof & Contracting! I have used them several times to add a roof vent, repair a soffit which was very difficult to access, and repair my roof after high winds. You can be sure I will call them when I need a new roof or any other roofing services. The company that installed my roof ten years ago went out off business within one year. I know Universal will be there when I need them. The employees in the Jacksonville Office are extremely responsive, courteous, prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. What more could I ask for? ;O)

Devon has been great. He came to my house to try and find a leak and did a very extensive water test to find the issue. Although he could not find the leak initially he provide me his cell and asked me to text him the next time it leaked. When it leaked I texted him and he was able to capture the winds and weather at the time. He then came back out to my house and was able to find the leak. I really appreciate Devon taking the time to really try and find the issue. He was very responsive and attentive.

The entire process was seamless, beginning with Karlson and the timely arrival of all products and materials exactly as promised. It concluded with Jarrod, who was absolutely amazing and ensured everything was perfect in the end. He even came back the next day to complete a final walkthrough, making sure all the nails were removed and that I was completely satisfied. The installers were AMAZING—the quality of their work was superb. When I went to blow the leaves off my patio, I discovered they had already taken care of it. American Beach is an unincorporated community in Nassau County, on the south end of Amelia Island along A1A between Jacksonville and Fernandina Beach. The Afro-American Life Insurance Company developed it in 1935, when segregation barred African Americans from most Florida beaches, to give them beach access in a resort setting.
The American Beach Historic District was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 2002, and the community was named the first site on the Florida Black Heritage Trail. The National Park Service owns the 8.5-acre sand dune known as NaNa, and the A.L. Lewis Museum on Julia Street shares the community's history.
