Universal came out a few months ago to inspect my roof. I knew it was old and needed replacement, but had no knowledge on how the process worked. I highly recommend Universal. They were on time, did excellent work, and did a great job cleaning up after they were done. They told me the work would take two days and it did despite Universal finding some wood rot that was not anticipated. Stefan, the site supervisor kept in continuous contact with me so I knew what was going on. They also included items that other companies wanted to charge extra. If you need a roof, they are the company to go with.
