Was very pleased with Universal. They were wonderful to work with and made it so easy for me as I live in CT and was selling my parents home in FL. They helped with financing and kept me in contact with the crew supervisor throughout the projects. I received constant updates and status reports, no surprises - when they saw I needed additional sheeting, they got permission from me first rather than surprising me at the conclusion of the job. They sent pictures showing their inspection findings as well as final pictures. I couldn't be more pleased with Mr. Yordanis Segura and his team. Job well done, highly recommend.

Bob and I would like to share our experience with Universal Roof and Contracting/Tampa. We recently determined we needed a new roof and reached out to five companies to get estimates. Of the five David Labaze stood out with his product knowledge and patience to answer any all all questions regarding our selection of Owens Corning Shingles, and Universal Roofing. He even went so far as to bring out a product board for us to bring to our HOA for approval. Once that determination was made we were assigned Yordanis Segura as our Project Manger who immediately gave us peace of mind as he was our contact through the entire roofing project. He was on top of every step of our roofing project including inspecting the work of the professionals installing various aspects of our project. In conclusion, David and Yordanis are two standout employees of Universal, which is giving us the confidence and security of our new roof covering our home. The crew and project manager have been great. They have followed up with any questions we had even after the job was done. They ran into rain so it took a little longer than we expected but no fault of theirs!

Our roof repair went smoothly and quickly. Alex and Karson were a pleasure to work with. The cost was reasonable and we are pleased with the results.

Justin came to our home today for roof inspection after major hail storm in or area , he was friendly , easy for my husband and I to communicate with . After inspecting our roof , we were told although roof had been hit by hail , we did not need roof replacement , we appreciated his honesty , he even provided maitnence tips for us to help extend the life of our roof . We never felt rushed with our questions , he was very professional , we definitely reccommend this company .We have used them prior to this with another home in past that did require new roof , and they did great job then as well , very professional to deal with .

Repairs needed resulted from tree damage during inclement weather. David Alger facilitated not only a satisfactory repair but also provided significant documentation and professional advice that aided me with arbitration. Insurance company underestimated extent of damage, amount of material needed and listed material that did not meet Florida building code. David Alger offered his professional expertise with identifying these errors and resulted in my successful challenge to the insurance company during arbitration. The PM, Michael Ramos, was thorough, communicative and helpful. Andy Sims and Olga Campos were also very helpful and communicative. The roof replacement and gutter installation were excellent.

There are no words to describe how satisfied we are with Universal Roofing and warranty service. Brian has been incredibly professional and responsible. We call for a warranty service and he didn’t waste any time to schedule an inspection. After that, he coordinated with the contractors to complete all the necessary repairs. All was coordinated, and completed promptly. Mr Brian provided us with a report and photos describing what had occurred and the resolution. We definitely recommend the roofing company and specially Brian the production manager.

They are hands down the best roofing or any service company that I have ever worked with. Myself and all the neighbors were amazed that they completed the roof from start to finish in only 3 days. They also replaced damaged fascia that I did not even ask them to do at no additional charge! I would not work with any other roofing company again.

Gene was the first and only estimator to respond back to us getting a quote for a new roof. He was up front and gave us 3 different plans we could go with, and the benefits of each. Once we were ready, the financing process was super easy. And our roof was done before we went out of state the following week. Overall it was a good experience and I'd recommend them if you want top notch communication during the process, a pm on site during the roof process, and everything done in a timely manner when you need it.

I bought a new-build DR Horton home. Hired an inspector. Closed. All good. Hired a gutter installer. He The told me I had “roof problems”. I was so worried. Called Universal Roof immediately. In March 2026 Universal Roofing installed my new roof. I worked with David of the Jacksonville office on my quotation. David walked me through all elements of the quotation, answered my questions and provided me with supportive visual material. David was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. He coordinated with the Orlando office who did the installation and I am extremely happy with my new roof and the support David provided. .

Great experience with sales rep Alex. He did awesome. The inspector gave issues which I understand why. We did have someone come back out to re-adhear the shingles in on area because they were lifting. They came back out and fixed it.

Universal Roofing did an awesome job on my house by putting on a metal roof. Steve, the job site foreman was awesome polite and called me back whenever I sent him a message within 15 minutes They did a good job of cleaning up after they were finished. They also worked with me on the price, which was very good for a Roof I highly recommend them. In fact, my neighbor next-door is gonna get a metal roof from them also in the near future.

Universal Roof & Contracting was easy to work with from start to finish. The entire process was seamless, beginning with Karlson and the timely arrival of all products and materials exactly as promised. It concluded with Jarrod, who was absolutely amazing and ensured everything was perfect in the end. He even came back the next day to complete a final walkthrough, making sure all the nails were removed and that I was completely satisfied. The installers were AMAZING—the quality of their work was superb. When I went to blow the leaves off my patio, I discovered they had already taken care of it. The team from Universal Roofing was great. They were very professional and did a thorough job of correcting the leak in our roof. We had a different company “attempt” to fix the leak but they only did patch work. We were so impressed with Yordanis and Olonso. The communication with this company was very impressive and they were on time. We highly recommend Universal Roofing if you need your roof repaired or replaced!

Dakota was excellent at explaining what was needed and service cost. Other companies estimates required several calls to get the price Dakota was clear with in the beginning. Yordanis Segura was the project manager the team showed up at 6:30am and the roof was not only completed by 4:30pm but they cleaned up like they had never been there. I also appreciated the gutter replacement was included in the roof price. The supplies and dumpster were delivered with care leaving space for me to still park in my garage. I cannot recommend them enough.
