Join Florida's Roofing Team
Family-owned since 1993, with crews across Orlando, Tampa Bay, and Northeast Florida. If you're driven to do work you can point at for the next thirty years, we want to hear from you.
What You'd Be Joining
We're always looking for team members who share our commitment to exceeding customer expectations — in the field, in the office, and on the phone.
A tight-knit crew
We're a family-owned company that treats every team member as part of the family — and has since 1993.
Room to grow
Whether you're just starting out or you've been on roofs for years, you'll have the opportunity to spread your wings with the help of an experienced crew.
Work that matters
Thousands of Florida families sleep under roofs this team built. The work is real, the standards are high, and the results last decades.
A company that gives back
Every year we give away a free roof replacement to a local veteran and their family. That's the culture you'd be joining.
Field, Office, and Everything Between
Our teams span roofing crews and crew leads, repair technicians, inspectors, project managers, estimators, and office staff across all three metros. Experience helps; attitude and reliability matter more — we train the craft.
Every hire starts the same conversation: what you've done, what you want to learn, and where you want to be in five years. If that sounds like a company you'd work for, it probably is.
Prefer to talk first? Call (407) 214-4872 and ask for the hiring team.
