Our process

Five Steps. No Surprises.

Our roofing process is built to keep a big project simple: an educational inspection, a detailed quote you can trust, and an installation run by a dedicated Project Manager. Here's exactly what happens at each step — including the questions homeowners actually ask us.

1

Schedule your appointment

When you reach out, we'll schedule an in-home appointment that best meets your needs. We arrive promptly at the scheduled time, ready to discuss your goals for your roof.

How long does a roof replacement consultation take?

It depends. We never wear out our welcome, but we do spend enough time to answer all your questions. The goal is to give you all the information you need to make an informed decision about your new roof.

How do I get a quote?

We'll schedule a free inspection, climb the roof, and give you a written, itemized quote. There's no obligation.

2

Personalized consultation

You'll meet with our experienced team to explore your goals and the products available for your home. We learn everything you hope to get out of the project and build the plan to make it happen.

Will you help me choose the right roofing materials?

Absolutely. Deciding between metal, tile, shingle, and low-slope systems is genuinely hard. We help you determine the best option for your preferences, your budget, and your home's architectural style.

Who needs to be present for the consultation?

The primary decision maker(s) should be there. That way the right person hears all the important details about the roofing process and the material options first-hand.

3

Comprehensive inspection and transparent quote

When we come out for your initial inspection, we actually climb on the roof. It's the only way to get accurate measurements and find every area of concern — which is why our quotes hold. A change after tear-off only happens for concealed damage no one could see, and you approve it first.

Do you charge for your inspections?

No. Our inspections are free. They're part of the estimation process, there to help you make the best decision for your home, budget, and needs.

Am I locked into a project if I receive a quote?

Absolutely not. Our quotes come with no obligation. Replacing a roof is a major decision and you may need time to consider your options.

How long does preparing a quote take?

We use specialized software to build a highly accurate quote. Once we have the measurements off your roof, we process the quote right there in your home — it doesn't take long.

4

Convenient scheduling

Work with us to find the right time for your roof replacement. We manage the logistics so the project lands on your calendar, not ours.

Do I need to be home throughout the installation?

You don't need to be home for the entire installation. We do recommend being present on the first day so you can meet the crew and your Project Manager.

What can impact my scheduled installation date?

We like to keep the ball rolling and we stick to our schedules. Mother Nature doesn't always agree — if the weather turns, we may need to reschedule your installation.

5

Expert installation

Once you accept your quote and sign, we set your installation date. Your roof is installed by a team of roofing experts and supervised on site by a dedicated Project Manager from start to finish.

Will there be a designated point of contact for me?

Yes. We assign a designated Project Manager to every project. They're your primary point of contact for every question and concern.

Do you have a cleaning protocol?

Absolutely. Cleaning up after ourselves is standard practice on every job — you get your yard back the way you left it.

Step one takes about a minute

Pick a time that works for you. We'll confirm by call or text, climb the roof, and put it all in writing.
