Mike Emrich was our initial contact person right after Hurricane Milton. Although we were out-of-state at the time, he was sent to Tampa, and he was flooded with work, he kept in contact with us and was always quick respond. He organized that a colleague would assess our roof so that we would know the extent of the damage and if the roof was leaking or not. Next, he got us in contact with Damian Crawford who organized the scheduling and repairs. We are very pleased with Mike’s responsiveness, even late into his evening, and also with Damian and his crew. We would definitely recommend them to friends and will return when we need a full roof replacement. Honest assessment and quality work!

Cory Callahan was very attentive to the requirements I asked for. Sebastian Acevedo was a great Project Manager and made sure that the house received the attention and materials necessary for the installation of the roof. His team was awesome and they did an awesome job. The people in the office also coordinated everything with great attention to detail.

We had our roof done in March 2019 with Universal roofing. Ken, our salesman was amazing through the whole process. Everyone in the office was very easy to work with and they did a great job making sure the yard, etc was cleaned after like nothing ever happened. Our roof looks amazing and I love the color we picked! Would recommend to any friends looking to have their roof replaced!

I am extremely pleased with my new roof. Tracy, Flett was wonderful during the process as was the office staff at Universal Roofing. It took a while to get the new roof in place. This was not their fault as tile is on back order. Tracy was proactive and kept me informed during the entire process. I am more than overjoyed with the outcome. The roof looks wonderful the process of taking off the roof and putting in the new roof was very easy. Tracy and his staff kept me informed during the entire process. Reuben Colon did an outstanding job in supervising the re-roofing on my home. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions in a professional manner. He is definitely an asset to your business and I highly recommend him for a job well done.

Universal Roof and Contracting was a wonderful company to do business with. The first appointment with their salesman was on time. He spent a couple of hours with us going over everything. Our salesperson, Justin Feb, was honest and upfront and did not try to oversell. He was very professional. When they gave us a start time, they showed up on time with eight people. They put the dumpster in and by 4:00 pm the roof was completely finished. The workers were professional, neat, and kept the area clean. They did not blast any music to annoy any of my neighbors, which was wonderful to hear. They were not loud or obnoxious while eating lunch. Overall, it was a professional job that was well done by professionals.

I just referred them to one of my neighbors. They were a very good company, especially the first time I met with David, the salesperson. He was professional and had so much knowledge about what I wanted to get done. They worked diligently with me and my husband when we ran into some problems because it's an older home. It's so outstanding, I know I'll give them other business from my other neighbors.

I súper recommend Universal Roof and Contracting. After discussion with three other roofing companies, Brittany did a really good job presenting her company’s products and services. Very professional over all and clear icy every question we had, Just her presentation alone convinced us her team will be the right people for my roofing project. Tony did an awesome job managing the project. He kept us updated on every single detail for the duration of the project. He conducted himself in a professional manner. What stood out today was the five gentlemen working on the roof. Outstanding job. I was amazed that the that these gentlemen completed the project in about 12 hours. Just had my roof replaced by Universal Roofing. I would like to say from the start to finish The project, was absolutely 100% satisfactory. They kept me up-to-date. From permits, too inspections to clean up. Everything was done right with No surprises. Jim and Tracy and their whole crew are exceptional. Roofing is one of those jobs that 99% of all consumers have no clue. One must trust what they are told. So many of the roofers are full of you know what and sell you more than you need. Universal is the opposite. They tell you what you need and even suggest optins that save money. They tell you the pros and cons of each alternative. I could go on and on however suffice it to say that Universal is the best.

After the hurricane, they showed up to tarp my roof in a timely fashion and then gave me an estimate in a timely fashion. I thought the estimate was reasonable, and they showed up in a timely manner to complete the job, and the communication was excellent.

From beginning to end, Universal Roof & Contracting did a marvelous job. Interestingly, they offered a wind mitigation evaluation. We had an outside person complete it because we wanted to get it done through our insurance. An outsider completed the inspection per USAA's recommendation, and he stated Universal Roof & Contracting did a great job. We were very pleased with the company, from the salesperson on. They kept us apprised of everything and were very, very good.
