Universal Roofing and Contracting provided outstanding support in the roofing, new gutters and new skylights for the 10 buildings consisting of 42 units and a pool house. Holiday is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Pasco County. The county's 31-acre Anclote River Park on Baillies Bluff Road offers Gulf access for swimming along with boat ramps and canoe and kayak access, and Anclote High School, opened in 2009, serves the community.
