Larry and I want to thank the great job by the whole crew at Universal Roof and Contracting in Tampa. We were in a rush to get our house reroofed for insurance purposes. We spoke to several people and ended up with three estimates from reputable companies. David Labadze from Universal came out and spent at least an hour and a half explaining the company, the steps to replace the roof and the materials they use. He kindly answered all our questions and explained the warranties, total and deductions (which included a Military discount). After meeting with and researching all three companies we felt comfortable with Universal. David answered all our questions at anytime. We were also grateful to have Segura Yordonis as our Project Manager. He came to the house everyday and answered any questions. The crew did our reroof in one day, and did an amazing job of cleaning up. David and Segura came by the house the next day after the clean up. We were able to get the inspection done, and get our house insurance right away. Oldsmar is an incorporated city on the north shore of Tampa Bay, at the easternmost edge of Pinellas County. It was founded in 1916 by Ransom E. Olds, who built the first Oldsmobile, and because it sits at the northernmost point of the bay it is known as the "Top of the Bay."
