¡Recomiendo encarecidamente a Alex y Universal Roof & Contracting Jacksonville!

We are sitting in our great room listening to the rain falling on our newly installed roof from Universal. If their workmanship matches their exceptional customer service, then we are comfortable knowing our new roof will be dependable, in our harsh Florida climate, and provide us many years of quality service. We had the pleasure of working with Jon Baker who provided us with the best option for our situation. There was a leak around our chimney, so Jon made some minor repairs to prevent further water intrusion until our project could begin. Tentative scheduling for the install was the end of use February, but was able to get it moved up a week much to our pleasure. Jon kept us abreast of every step in the process which was comforting. My family was installing a new fence at the same time and Jon offered to take away some of the old rotten wood panels! Not surprising when I think about it because in my opinion, he is a man of character and integrity. The crew arrived as scheduled and everything went smoothly. Our install was completed in one day! Care was maintained so as not to damage our driveway or yard. All debris was picked up and I haven’t found a wayward nail yet. So, if you are in need of a new roof, please give Universal Roofing an opportunity to serve you. From beginning to end, Jon, Jarrod and team surpassed our expectations and we would gladly recommend them without hesitation!

Spoke with David and he helped me with getting the roof replaced quick and painless. Eddie and his crew did a nice job replacing the roof. would recommend them if you want the job done right.

Universal Roof & Contracting was easy to work with from start to finish. The entire process was seamless, beginning with Karlson and the timely arrival of all products and materials exactly as promised. It concluded with Jarrod, who was absolutely amazing and ensured everything was perfect in the end. He even came back the next day to complete a final walkthrough, making sure all the nails were removed and that I was completely satisfied. The installers were AMAZING—the quality of their work was superb. When I went to blow the leaves off my patio, I discovered they had already taken care of it. That small act of kindness truly made my heart full. I would highly recommend URC and their installers to anyone. I am beyond satisfied.

I needed a roof leak repaired quickly while helping a homeowner sell their property. Danny with Universal Roof provided a quick quote for the repair and the company knocked it out in a timely manner to keep us on track for closing on the property. We received tons of photos of the entire process and the workers left zero mess behind. Highly recommend!

Devon has been great. He came to my house to try and find a leak and did a very extensive water test to find the issue. Although he could not find the leak initially he provide me his cell and asked me to text him the next time it leaked. When it leaked I texted him and he was able to capture the winds and weather at the time. He then came back out to my house and was able to find the leak. I really appreciate Devon taking the time to really try and find the issue. He was very responsive and attentive.
