Be patient; it’s worth the wait and doing a great job correctly takes a little extra time! It took a full week for the delivery of supplies, full roof replacement and finally, new gutters/downspouts installed.No matter. We paid for a new roof. We got a gorgeous new roof all within a week. I had a roof that was long due for replacement. I did my homework and contacted several companies, and received estimates. My initial contact was with David in the sales department. He was extremely thorough, even using a drone to look at my roof and show it to me issues of concernon on hisl laptop. I liked how the company is able to integrate technology in a way that their customers can appreciate and understand. He offered me three different estimate based on various details I had requested. The company took care of everything with permits, and hauling away Construction debris, as well as clean up. . My project manager was.Yordanis, Who was always readily available by text, phone call or in person as he supervised the job. Wood replacement that my roof needed was a little more than I expected. Yordanis Shared detailed images of damaged areas needing replacement, and I was in agreement with all of his evaluations. The most surprising thing to me was that his crew was able to get the entire job complete, including cleanup in one day. his team was focused and hard-working. Estimator Brian Blake was there throughout the whole process. Happy with the Results from recent roof upgrade. Selected premium materials. Job was staged two days before, and the work was completed in one day. Was an upgrade from existing roof. Was Worth the money for me and my family. With the increased Hurricane activity wanted a quality roof upgrade.

My wife and I were in need of a new roof for insurance reasons. There was nothing wrong with our roof except that we live in Florida. We had estimates from 4-5 other companies who would open the estimate process at twice the actual price they would ultimately end up at before leaving our home. My wife was very upset with the process until we had Richard Adamson from Universal Roof and Contracting to the house to give us yet another estimate. He was refreshingly genuine and straight forward about his product and company and what they could do for us. He gave us a fair estimate and put my wife at ease over the whole process.
