When it comes to a roof replacement, Solatube install, chimney rebuild/paint, chimney cover / cap replacement, & gutter install, my wife & I absolutely recommend Universal Roof & Contracting (“URC”) to do/oversee the work! Our initial impression was that URC was too big of a brand to want to serve our needs. Now, based on our recent experience, we were left w/the impression that the URC team ultimately seeks opportunities to provide households exceptional personal service – they just happen to use roofing & contracting as a means to do so. If we had to summarize URC in 3-phrases: Customer-focused, Value-added service provider, Problem-solvers. If further details are needed on why we feel this way: - Shingle Brands - Based on our research, Owen Corning’s (“OC”) Duration product & warranties are hard to beat in this industry. - Shingle Brand Partner Status - URC has earned OC’s lofty Platinum Partner status, which not only provides them the latest training, guidance & support, it also provides the end customer added warranty coverage, along w/designer shingle options at no additional costs. - Workmanship: Attention to detail is evident in all the various services that URC provided us. - Cost: Of the 6-roofers we vetted, URC’s quote was in the middle – however, the added services we received from URC really made going w/them a high value experience. Think “Costco-of-roofers,” w/added touches like seamless subcontractor/product coordination, roof vent boot guards, & 1-all bundled price w/no “nickel-&-diming” options. - Service: URC’s administrative & roof install teams were consistently respectful, productive, & committed to doing high quality work. Re: their subcontractors, we experienced the same. When there were shortfalls made, every URC team member involved was quick to take ownership & address. - Sales: Andy Sims was very personable, understanding, & willing to educate us so that we could effectively do our due diligence in shopping for a new roof. - Installation: Sebastian Acevedo, our project mgr., led both URC’s roofing team & subcontractors well so that all work was efficiently & meticulously done. At the same time, Sebastian made sure he was intune w/any unease felt, addressed our concerns, & kept us aware throughout the process w/texts & pictures. - Overall Oversight: Brian Bower, Production Mgr who the project mgrs. report to, stepped forward when, late in the process, a couple of contract changes needed to be added, which came with sizable, yet necessary, cost increases. * Refreshingly, Brian shared how he & URC could learn & grow from this experience so that future customers could be spared from preventable surprises. In turn, Brian took accountability & ownership to address the situation for us. * We often felt that Brian made it his personal mission to ensure we were 100% happy throughout the process – including even executing some of the installation himself. In doing so, Brian exceeded our high expectations. In closing, we had a very positive experience w/URC, especially given all the work we had done. It serves as an example of how everyone at URC impressively carries – & executes – the same mission & high standards its founder has lived by & established for his company many years ago. We now see why they have been in business & going strong for 30+ years. Kudos URC!

The experience was excellent crew was very professional and clean at all times very hard working people very respectful very pleased with the roof i love it the project manager JHONATAN GIL was the best answered every question communication was the best at all time will definitely recommend this company.

A new roof is always worrisome. The cost and time always seems to vary. This company made everything so incredibly easy to understand. The cost was affordable, everyone showed up when they said they would, and they finished when they said they would. I was in constant contact with the sales manager, Bill Fuqua, even 2 weeks after. Extremely professional. Everything was cleaned up and just as good as when they got here. Best roofing company in Florida, period! Highly recommend.

Universal roofing and contracting did great job on replacing my roof,, looks great and reasonable price.Mr.Anderson project manager was always on site making sure everything is good on roof. Dylan the sales manager also very nice to deal with regarding the price of the roof.I would highly recommend this company if you need roofing job.

Universal Roofing comes highly recommended !!! Walked me through every step of the way, workers all professional, highly motivated and courteous !!! Dylan, Bailey and Omar , as well as all the workers were phenomenal !!! Bailey, Project Manager even helped me with a small electrical issue.
