Bill came over to give inspect my roof as I has some leaks. I was very apprehensive that he will tell me I needed a whole new roof and set me back thousands of dollars. Bill was honest, so helpful, and professional. I was so relieved and very appreciative for his honesty. This company will be referred by me to all my friends, family, and chat groups. Thank you Bill !!

A new roof is always worrisome. The cost and time always seems to vary. This company made everything so incredibly easy to understand. The cost was affordable, everyone showed up when they said they would, and they finished when they said they would. I was in constant contact with the sales manager, Bill Fuqua, even 2 weeks after. Extremely professional. Everything was cleaned up and just as good as when they got here. Best roofing company in Florida, period! Highly recommend.

The town

About Celebration

Celebration is an unincorporated community and census-designated place in Osceola County. The Osceola County Board of County Commissioners first approved the Celebration Planned Development on March 1, 1994.

As amended, the county's approval covers 8,065 dwelling units, three golf courses with 54 holes, nearly 2 million square feet of retail space, 1,539 hotel rooms, a medical center with 209 hospital beds and 1,299 acres of open space. The 2020 Census counted 11,178 residents.

The housing stock

Celebration Homes and What Their Roofs Face

The weather those roofs answer to is measurable. NOAA's 1991–2020 normals for the Orlando Intl Ap station put annual rainfall at 51.45 inches, with 57% of it falling June through September and 8.05 inches in June alone. Most of that rain arrives in summer storms, often wind-driven, and it finds any weak flashing detail on Celebration rooflines quickly.

Humidity, sun, and that rainfall all work on Celebration roofs, and edges, penetrations and fasteners are where we start every inspection.

The named systems

Storms Celebration Has Answered To

Celebration sits in the inland storm region, and the record is specific: Irma (2017) — crossed Central Florida as a hurricane; minor to moderate damage to many structures, widespread tree damage (NOAA/NHC TCR AL112017). Milton (2024) — hurricane-force gusts in Central Florida near the track; 14.83" of rain recorded near Orlando (NOAA/NHC TCR AL142024).

After any of those, the useful thing a homeowner can do is document from the ground: photograph what is visible, note the date, check ceilings that night and again a week later. Then get a professional assessment before small openings become interior damage. We run storm routes across Osceola County and put findings in writing with photographs — no scare tactics, no inflated damage lists.

Celebration Roofing Questions

How long do roofs last in Celebration?

Shingle: about 20 years. Tile: more than 50 with care, per a National Association of Home Builders study. Metal depends on the product, so ask for its warranty term. Installation quality decides which end of the range your roof lands on.

Can a handyman repair a roof in Florida?

Not legally. Florida's licensing agency says roof repairs and roof installations require a state license. Ask for the license number before hiring anyone; ours are CCC057165 & CBC1258484.

How long does a roof installation take?

One to three days for most Celebration homes, start to magnet-swept yard. Tile, steep, and cut-up roofs run longer; commercial ranges from days to weeks by size. You get a realistic window before work starts — and a heads-up if weather moves it.
