We had our roof done in March 2019 with Universal roofing. Ken, our salesman was amazing through the whole process. Everyone in the office was very easy to work with and they did a great job making sure the yard, etc was cleaned after like nothing ever happened. Our roof looks amazing and I love the color we picked! Would recommend to any friends looking to have their roof replaced!

Universal Roofing just installed a beautiful new roof to our home. We have been so satisfied with them that this is the third time we have used this company throughout the years. Universal was so professional, knowledgeable and honest. The city inspector even mentioned that he was impressed with their work. We highly recommend hiring Universal for all of your roofing needs.

I highly recommend Universal Roof and Contracting company! Tony Contreras and the workers went above and beyond to get the job done while managing to keep our family comfortable and satisfied. Great quality work and service! My father, family and I are extremely happy with the service that was provided.

We cannot say enough good things about Universal Contracting of Naples. After Hurricane Irma, we began a long, arduous battle with our homeowners insurance company to replace our tile roof. Then more stress trying to actually get the new roof done when we put our home on the market and it sold in one day and our contract was contingent on getting the roof done before closing. Everyone at Universal was so helpful from their Finance Dept. to their Field Mgr. and crews...but especially Brandon Barnaby, the Project Mgr., who relentlessly fought to get us across the finish line--which we did, just hours before our closing. Great job, Universal! Keep up the good work.

Having a re-roof is a stressful time but I knew to call Universal Roofing Inc from my previous experience with them from my old address. It's a step-by-step process (weather permitting) which Tracy(V.P.) walked me through. From customer service, explanation of roof products, to permits and completion was less stressful having an experienced company...and roof looks great! Thank you Universal Roofing Inc.

We recently had our roof replaced by Universal Roofing & Contractor, and we couldn't be more pleased with the experience. From start to finish, their team was quick and efficient, ensuring that the entire process went smoothly. The price was very reasonable, making it a great value for the quality of work provided. Mike Emrich was an outstanding point of contact throughout the project. He was always available to answer any questions we had and was incredibly responsive, which put my mind at ease during the replacement.

Additionally, Hannah worked diligently to clear our title, allowing us to close on our home equity seamlessly. Her efforts were instrumental in keeping everything on track. Overall, we highly recommend Universal Roofing & Contractor for anyone in need of roofing services. Their professionalism, responsivenes, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly set them apart! Thank you so much our roof looks amazing!

I couldn't have had a better experience. I had a leaky roof, and Archie came out, walked through the claims process with me, told me how much it would be, and made sure that the whole process was seamless. We had a great team do the roof--so many hard working guys! They were done with most of it in one day and by the end of the week everything from the trim paint to stucco touch ups were perfectly done. I can't say enough good things about the professionalism of everyone involved. Thanks so much!

Fantastic customer service. Kenneth was great.

Very professional. Found problem within minutes and fixed.

Would recommend for repairs and full roof replacement.

Universal Roof & Contracting is an excellent company to work with. I've been doing their photography for a few years now and I can attest to the quality of work that they produce. Also, the clients that I've had the opportunity to meet during the photo shoots have had nothing but kind words to say about Jared and his team. That is not a common thing to find among home builders and roof contractors. ...and yes, they do both.

I súper recommend Universal Roof and Contracting. After discussion with three other roofing companies, Brittany did a really good job presenting her company’s products and services. Very professional over all and clear icy every question we had, Just her presentation alone convinced us her team will be the right people for my roofing project. Tony did an awesome job managing the project. He kept us updated on every single detail for the duration of the project. He conducted himself in a professional manner. What stood out today was the five gentlemen working on the roof. Outstanding job. I was amazed that the that these gentlemen completed the project in about 12 hours. They started around 7:30 and we’re done before 5pm. I’m very pleased how my home roof turned out. I definitely recommend this company and this team a 100% and the amazing Care to Veterans. Thanks Brittany ,Tony and the team that work on our roof.

Just had my roof replaced by Universal Roofing. I would like to say from the start to finish The project, was absolutely 100% satisfactory. They kept me up-to-date. From permits, too inspections to clean up. Everything was done right with No surprises. I was there with the inspector on for the final inspection, and he complimented the quality of the work that was done on my roof by Universal Roofing .I definitely would recommend them.

Universal roofing did an amazing job. Everyone I worked with was very professional and polite. They professionally helped me out throughout the entire process. In the middle of summer it only took them a day and a half and I have a wonderful roof.

I am thrilled to share my extraordinary experience with Universal Roofing and Contracting in Tampa! Words cannot express the level of gratitude and excitement I feel after being chosen as the recipient of their prestigious Veteran Roof Giveaway. For years, I have been burdened by the stress of dealing with roof issues in my home, but Universal Roofing and Contracting has completely changed the game for me.

When I received that life-changing phone call from Richard Adamson who quickly became my favorite person in the world (trust me, you'll adore him too!), informing me that I had won, I was utterly shocked. The ease and simplicity with which he handled the entire process was truly remarkable. He went above and beyond in treating me with utmost respect and kindness. He was also there to help as they were putting on my roof. In fact, I have already recommended this company to my friends, who are eagerly looking forward to working with them in the future.

Allow me to give a special shoutout to Thomas McVicker, the project manager overseeing the job. His kindness and professionalism throughout the entire process was truly exceptional. Not only did Universal Roofing and Contracting leave my yard looking impeccably spotless, but their meticulous attention to detail made my new roof an absolute masterpiece. Witnessing the care and dedication they put into their work, I couldn't help but shed tears of joy.

The entire staff at Universal Roofing and Contracting consistently delivered top-notch quality work, demonstrating their commitment to excellence. Each and every person who worked for them exuded warmth and genuine kindness. I am beyond grateful for this remarkable experience, and I cannot thank Universal Roofing and Contracting enough for not only providing me with a stunning new roof, but also restoring my faith in exceptional customer service, honesty, and humanity.

Mike Ramos was the project manager on my roofing job. He kept me informed every step of the project. He insured the work was completed properly and with minimal disruption to our life. I would highly recommend Mike and URC to my friends and neighbors. Keep up the good work.

Jim and Tracy and their whole crew are exceptional. Roofing is one of those jobs that 99% of all consumers have no clue. One must trust what they are told. So many of the roofers are full of you know what and sell you more than you need. Universal is the opposite. They tell you what you need and even suggest optins that save money. They tell you the pros and cons of each alternative. I could go on and on however suffice it to say that Universal is the best.
